Drove sales for legacy services across Europe and to collaborate on the rollout of a new SaaS Pay-Per-Use Model. In this role, I defined and presented strategic goals for Europe, shaping the business direction. I supported the US product team with EU-market research insights for Pay-Per-Use needs and led the product marketing rollout of the new SaaS, achieving a 70% agency adoption. Managing a 7-figure revenue target in Europe and contributing to a 9-figure global target.

Generate demand to fill sales pipeline for customer review as a service including the implementation and profitable use of HubSpot. Drive conversion to achieve Pre-EBITDA revenue growth goals and delivered weekly C-level presentations on campaign performance and projected revenue. 
Monitor and track incoming revenue,  calculate and analyse to assess progress toward growth targets before EBITDA.
